Shipping Policy
Shipping of paperback books is done by my printer company, Snowfall Press. Most orders take between 3-7 business days to fulfill within the continental United States. For international shipping or discounted shipping on orders of 5 or more items, please contact me directly:

Return & Exchange Policy
Purchase of paperback and digital material are not refundable. However, I am open to discussing other options to compensate you if you are dissatisfied. Please send me a brief email explaining your concern with the best times and ways to contact you, and we can set up a time to chat. I appreciate your business.

Coaching Policies
Coaching services (Sessions and Quick Questions) include a free 30-minute first session option.
Subsequent sessions or Quick Questions require a contract with 100% of the payment is due at the time of booking. A 30-day refund option is in place for clients who are not satisfied
Refund requests must be made in writing via email to lora@wiseinstruction.com. Customers who request a refund coaching are encouraged to look elsewhere for their coaching needs.
Cancellations for coaching services can be made via email as well, 24 before the time of the appointment.
Quick Question services follow the same refund policies. Upon Wise Instruction's receipt of the Quick Question reply, cancellation may not be made, but a refund can be requested within 30 days.
A client who cancels/requests a refund, or is significantly late to an appointment for any coaching services three times, even within the allowed 24 hour period, may not be serviced in the future. This is because coaching is a method that requires intentionality and integrity on the part of the coachee to be effective. It also requires a coach to prepare for the session adequately, which is an investment of time and effort.

Coaching is not the equivalent of counseling, which is better for people in crisis situations. I am very willing to pray for people in crisis, however, and will provide the resources I am aware of to help you out. Email a prayer or referral request here.

Proverbs 11:14 aptly reminds us that, "...victory is won through many advisors." Owing to this, please know that any coaching and input are best applied in a chorus of other credible individuals and agencies. Though I speak from experience, one perspective is usually not enough to make a sound choice. Wise Instruction Coaching is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or other necessary counsel.
