I would not have lasted half a year in my profession without coaching, much less the 3-5 years of the typical educator. My aims were sincere, but I struggled painfully at first. I was almost in tears most of the time.
Success rarely happens without a team of wise counselors. Starting something new can be confusing, overwhelming, and exhausting! I get it.
I coach today because I know what it is to be stuck and isolated. I know what it is to be ready to get unstuck, and still with no idea where or how to start. Sometimes we just need a compassionate sounding board to provide some gentle structure.
