We are only committed to customer service. If we make a profit, that’s great. But customer service is first." My goal is to serve you to the best of my ability and add value to your future.

Purchase of paperback and digital material are not refundable due the policies of my printing company. However, I am open to discussing other options to compensate you if you are dissatisfied. Please send me a brief email explaining your concern with the best times and ways to contact you, and we can set up a time to chat. Thank you!

Rest assured that I will hold your private information in confidence. Information is used only to fulfill orders, mailing list messaging, and schedule bookings. Wise Instruction has no bearing or control regarding how affiliate software or vendors use this information, but effort is taken to maintain security where possible.
